Ordering

What payment methods do you offer?
We offer:

  • Klarna (invoice, partial payment, direct payment)

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Visa & Mastercard

  • PayPal

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Yes, if your order has not yet shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible by emailing info@faeforsafety.com and include your order number.

Can I order as a company and receive an invoice?
Yes, companies can order via Klarna company invoice. Contact us if you need help.

I haven't received an order confirmation - what do I do?
The order confirmation will be sent automatically via email after your purchase. Please check your spam folder. If you still haven't received it, please contact us and we will resend it.


Products

Are all products always in stock?
No, some of our products – such as the FAE Safety Vest No.1 – are made-to-order items, while other products are in stock for immediate delivery.
Current stock status is displayed on the product page.

Can I order a custom vest?
Yes, in some cases we can customize the vest to your needs. Please contact us via email before ordering to discuss options.

How do I know what size vest to choose?
Our airbag vests come with a detailed size guide that has been carefully designed. Measure yourself according to the instructions in the guide and choose the recommended size.

Delivery

How long is the delivery time?

  • Airbag vests: 4–6 weeks (made to order)

  • Products in stock: 2–5 business days

Delivery costs within Sweden:

  • Standard Small (0–0.5 kg): SEK 89

  • Standard Medium (0.51–1 kg): SEK 99

  • Standard Large (1.01–3 kg): SEK 119

  • Standard Free – Orders from 5,000 SEK

Which shipping companies do you use?
We use PostNord for all deliveries within Sweden.

Can I track my order?
Yes, when your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email.


Returns & Exchanges

How many days do I have open purchase?
We offer a 14-day return and exchange period from the date you receive the item.

Can I change the size of my item?
Yes, exchanges are handled as a return and new order. Follow the return process and order the new size via our webshop.

How much does a return cost?
When returning, a return fee of SEK 89 will be added. Return shipping is paid by the customer and will be deducted from the refund. Any shipping costs for delivery will not be refunded.

How do I return an item?

  1. Log in to your customer account and register the return.

  2. Approve the return fee of SEK 89 with BankID.

  3. A return shipping label will be sent to your email - print it out and attach it to the package.

  4. Drop it off at your nearest PostNord agent.

Refunds will be made after we have received and checked the item. Processing time can be up to 10 working days depending on the bank.

What do I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Contact us immediately with pictures of the product and a description of the defect. We will handle the matter according to the Consumer Purchase Act and arrange for a replacement or new product.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer digital gift cards that can be used on the entire range. You can find them in the webshop.
